BEST FOOD MARKET TO BE ANNOUNCED TONIGHT (THURSDAY)
It’s almost time for the BBC Food & Farming awards which are announced tonight at a big swanky BBC do in Bristol!
Crystal Palace Food Market, facing strong opposition from Levenshulme (Manchester) and Doncaster – say: We are delighted to have been nominated as one of the top three markets in Britain and we’re happy with that – winning would be the icing on the cake but not the be all and end all.
“You can follow the event on Twitter using #bbcfoodawards and Ainslie Beatty will be tweeting for the market @CPFoodMarket. “Fingers crossed.”
