WOMAN’S DEATH – FUNDRAISING PAGE SET UP
A fundraising page has been set up in memory of 38-year-old Sabrina Mullings, found with fatal stab wounds at her Ravensdale Gardens, Upper Norwood home early on Monday morning.
Mandy Mullings says on the Go Fund Me page: “Hello everyone myself and the family are raising money in memory of Sabrina Jayne Mullings whose life was tragically taken on 13/03/17.
“We are crowdfunding for the support of her only child who Sabrina leaves behind, this money will go towards funeral, housing and help for her daughter.
“Myself and the Mullings family appreciate all the messages and phone calls received. “Please keep Sabrina and her family in your prayers. “Thank you.”
Detectives investigating Sabrina’s death have arrested a man in connection with the incident.
Police say: “On Monday, 13 March at around 16:00hrs a man was found in Walworth Road, Southwark suffering from stab injuries.
“The 23-year-old man was taken to a south London hospital, where he remains in a serious but stable condition and is under arrest on suspicion of murder.
“Police were called by the London Ambulance Service on Monday, 13 March shortly after 06:00hrs to a woman suffering from stab injuries at an address in Ravensdale Gardens, off Harold Road (Beulah Hill end) SE19.
“Officers attended along with the LAS and the 38-year-old woman was pronounced dead at the scene at 06:48 hours.
“The Homicide and Major Crime Command led by Detective Chief Inspector Will Reynolds are investigating.”
