The win was announced  at a ceremony at the Telegraph’s offices in Buckingham Palace Road, London. The shortlisted venues were picked in July by a panel of expert judges and a team of family judges visited each venue anonymously over the summer holidays to choose the winner. COUNCILLORS are asking for people to give their views about street litter, street cleaning and associated issues to the newly-formed Croydon streets commission.
