Guiding the chamber through the world of alternative currencies will be Leander Bindewald , Researcher and Project Manager, Complementary Currencies, at NEF, the New Economic Forum. Leander is involved with Community Currencies in Action (www.ccia.eu), an EU Interreg IVb co-funded collaboration project across the North West of Europe. [email protected] MR KIRIT PATEL The Chamber have offered their condolences to the family of Mr Kirit Patel of Sefgrove chemist, Westow Hill who passed away peacefully at his home on October 28th. “He served the Crystal Palace community for over 37years” said Paul Bartholomew. “His customers and patients will remember him for his great sense of humour and his professional manner.” Kirit and his wife Daksha opened Sefgrove chemist in May 1976. He had two children and four grandchildren. .
