SOUTHWARK POETRY AND MUSIC FESTIVAL
Southwark are welcoming a whole host of familiar faces to perform in its biggest annual poetry and music festival yet.
The festival, Rhyme and Reason, is taking place across Southwark’s libraries and galleries from 4 to 18 June 2016.
Headline acts include Mercury Prize nominee Kathryn Williams, host of Radio 3’s The Verb Ian McMillan and star of The Voice UK Lara Lee.
Southwark’s cabinet member for business, employment and culture Cllr Johnson Situ said, “It’s fantastic to be welcoming so many talented people to Southwark to help us celebrate the power of poetry and music. What’s even better, is that the majority of events are free and will give people of all ages a chance to get involved.”

Monday 13 June – Ian McMillan and Luke Carver Goss, music glee and delight
