ROBBIE GIBSON – PIECE RECORDED FOR THE ONE SHOW #FindRobbie UPDATE
A short piece highlighting the disappearance of local campaigner Robbie Gibson has been recorded for BBC One’s The One Show.
#FindRobbie Date and Time confirmed on primetime BBC TV -short interview about Robbie going missing filmed at Upper Norwood Library to feature on “The One Show”, next Monday, 25th July 7pm BBC 1
Joe Duggan, one of his friends leading the search, says on Facebook:
“There is also a great bunch of people who have been fliering and raising awareness on the Isle of Wight, alongside our very own Steve Broe who many of you know from busking at the food market.
“At time of writing there are no more verified sightings since Robbie was on Landguard Road on Shanklin on the Isle of Wight on the evening of his disappearance, Monday 13th June.”
Responding to one person on Facebook who asked: “Is it wrong to suggest that he may not want to be found?” Joe Duggan replied: “Not wrong to ask, but the circumstances of his disappearance point to his family and friends (and the police) being extremely concerned for his well-being, so we need to know he is safe and well.”If we learn that he was safe and well and ‘didn’t want to be found’ – that would be very good news.”
